The world's LARGEST outdoor pipe organ is set in the Spreckels Organ Pavillion in Balboa Park.
Torrey Pines State Reserve in La Jolla is one of only two places on earth where you can find the ancient and rare Torrey Pine (Pinus torreyana)- the nations RAREST pine tree.
