At long last, Matthew and Daddy made a special lighthouse!
Matthew had found a book called, How does it work? Hands-on experiments that make science fun by David Glover at Starlight Books recently. He has been carrying it around with him ever since. He made lists of 'ingredients' (materials) he would need to make his favourite experiments. He talked about it to anyone and everyone who would listen. He, Jeff and the boyz went out last week to gather supplies at The Source and Michaels. Finally, this morning they made the lighthouse. Matt modified the original instructions by adding the black with holes on it to make it look like a more authentic lighthouse. Very well done Matt!!! Can't wait to see the next one!
