On Thursday afternoon, Lucas, Mommy and Matt went to The River of Time Museum in Fountain Hills, AZ. (Josh stayed back with Mr. Noah to play) We really enjoyed looking at all the sculptures outside the Museum before going in and a gentleman offered to take our picture to mark the memory. While inside the museum, we discovered it was a small world as we met someone we know in there from the park, Del and his wife! We enjoyed learning about Fountain Hills, Arizona, the history of water of the lower Verde River Valley, Fort McDowell, Hohokam culture and artifacts and so on. Matt tried his gambling hand at a slot machine :), the kids loved the Circle Starr Ranch and both bought books that intrigued them, plus one for Josh. Next week, we'll go back to the library...
