Josh Quote at Amy's Ice Cream Place
in Austin, Texas
9 years old
Background: The young man who served our ice cream did that scoop, flatten, chop the chocolate and mix and scoop and ball thing with Josh's Mexican-Vanilla ice cream and then threw it behind his back so that it landed in the cup in his other hand in one big smooth move!
"When I first saw that guy, I figured he was just a high school guy who needed a job, but then when I saw what he did with my ice cream, I realized he was a real professional!"
