No, this was not a 'female' chocolate emergency... this was one of those, you get a brownie mix from the local health food store for your mother-in-law's birthday...be on top of things and bake said brownies in the morning..so that they would be cooled down for when you and your child make the icing...only to taste said 'healthy' brownies first and discover that they were dry and flavorless-GAK-disgusting! So...a mission was devised-thanks to googling simple brownie recipes and help from Mr. Matt - a decent batch of decadent brownies were born... Phew! She ate every bite too!
