love day

february 19 is our official love day

as jeff proposed to me that day in '94

at Niagra on the Lake

wow, time flies! 

the story goes, he wanted to propose on valentine's,

 but i had exams, so the 19th it was

so we made our own 'love' day

yesterday, jeff sent me an e-card to show me he cared and remembered 

as he was working in toronto....sweet.

i am really writing this little blog

though because on my love day this year

i didn't have jeff with me

but of course had the other little men in my life

lucas, josh and matt

who always give out lots of lovin'

we all have our own ways of saying, 'i love you'

hugs, kisses, squeezes, a flower, a picture, a gesture...

last night matt and i were cuddling while watching 'the bee movie'

and he was in i love you mommy mode

i love you so much

i just can't say

i love you so much i wish i could marry you someday

mommy, i love you more than a crush

..... a what?

'a crush'

i don't know how he knows about 'crushes' but

it was one of the sweetest little things he's ever said

so i wanted to mark it here

words can't express how much love a momma has....
