nanaimo, b.c.
we visited nanaimo's waterfront more than once while on the island
there's so much to do and see there...
you kind of saunter along... i like sauntering :)
grab an ice cream, chat with a friendly co-saunterer
check out if the tide is in or out
watch the boats, ferries and planes on the water
sit or lay on a grassy hill and take in the sunshine
hear the kids laugh and play at the HUGE park
ahhh
lovely...
this is the spot we first saw newcastle island also
it wasn't long before we were in one of those little ferries on our way to the island
just wait till you see those pics :)
